CPN United Samajwadi Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that Ghanshyam Bhusal, who left UML, is likely to join his party.
In the discussion held with the leading workers through the virtual medium of Zoom, the Chairman of the United Socialist Party of Nepal Nepal said that he is talking with Bhusal.
He said that although there was a conversation with Bhim Rawal, who was dissatisfied with the UML, the matter did not progress much.
'Ghanshyamji is being talked to. He is positive to stay with us," Nepal said, "Bhim Rawalji has not spoken clearly. The discussion is going on.'
Bhusal left UML expressing dissatisfaction with the election. He ran as an independent candidate from Ruppandehi Constituency No. 1 with the support of the then ruling coalition. He was defeated by Chavi Lal Vishwakarma of UML.
Bhim Rawal expressed his displeasure that he did not get a ticket, but he did not leave the party. UML has not given him any responsibility.
General Secretary of CPN Unified Samajwadinikat Yuva Sangh Sanjeeb Rai said that Nepal has not yet decided to support the current government.
We support the government not because of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. It is on the basis of the minimum common program made by the government," Rai said, quoting the words of Nepal, "What are the programs of the government. It depends on what policy it takes.'
He also said that Nepal has not advanced the issue of uniting with any party.
